Supporting young people on Hayling Island to grow, connect and thrive

WAVE is a safe, welcoming space where young people can build confidence, make friends and find support from trusted adults. We’re here to help them feel valued, heard and part of a positive community.

Supporting young people with care and community

Wave Children’s Charity provides a safe and welcoming space for young people on Hayling Island. Our youth hub offers free weekly sessions during term time, giving children and teenagers a place to relax, make friends and enjoy positive activities.

From games, crafts and film nights to music, recording sessions and hot food, there’s always something happening at Wave. Led by dedicated volunteers, we support local young people to grow in confidence, creativity and wellbeing.
